Oh the joys of being an operator for technical support....
Call #1
Caller: My modem is broken! It won't print anything!
Me: O_O.

Call #2
Caller: Hi, I bought a car from ya'll yesterday...
Me: I'm sorry Ma'am but...
Caller: Don't you DARE interrupt me! Blah, blah, blah....(goes on ranting for 10 minutes about the car she apparently bought from us, a software company.)
Me: Ma'am, I was just trying to say you have the wrong number.
Caller: Click.

Call #3

Caller: (deep southern accent) My company's name is Bass Pro.
Me: Bass pro? (Wisconsin accent) I can't seem to find your account in the system.
Caller: Correct, Bass pro. Our phone number is 123-456-7890.
Me: (pulls up account by phone number) Ohhhhh...Okay. BEST PRO.
