Weight Update

It seems that I now weigh 109.8kgs.  I have to say that I'm glad to be down this low, but I'm also worried that I'm losing it way too fast.  I can attribute that to two factors;

1. I'm far more active up here in Sydney than I ever was in Melbourne.  That lncludes gym, walking the dog, riding the bike, having no car, and lots of sex.

2. I'm not eating as much as I should be.  My diet has suffered a bit while I've been up here, and instead of eating a good 5-6 small meals a day, I've fallen into the habit of eating 2 big meals a day.  I know it's not good for me, so I'm taking steps to improve that situation.  With luck my weight loss will slow down to a more realistic rate once I take care of that.

On a positive note, gym is going well. I ended up missing 2 weeks when we came back from Melbourne. It seems that going back to my old home city set into motion a few emotional turmoils for me, so it took a bit to get back on an even keel.  Thankfully Jyan has been here for me, and has helped me by staying at the helm and steering me steadily into the wind. Still, we're back and working hard :)
