Well apparently the batteries were last replaced at exactly the same time, because now the one in our BEDROOM has gone off. (I didn't even realize there was one there...)
The lever to the battery compartment, however, was broken on this one, so I will never know if a new battery will fix it or not. Instead, I took it off the wall and stuffed it in a cabinet so that I can GET THE FUCK TO SLEEP.
