Busy, Busy
OK, so I haven't updated in forever. I did have some exciting things happen though! I've finally figured out my new schedule at my school for the second semester and, more exciting, I've found out that I have a chance at not only keeping a position at the same school next school year, but a bit of a promotion, too, which is wonderful! Got to see most of my cousins for Christmas, which I was luckily feeling better for at the beginning of January. We also had a baby shower for my cousin adopting from Guatemala, which was entertaining, and found out that another cousin is also expecting. I do LOVE all of the new little ones in the family!
We got two days out of school because of how cold it was two weeks ago, which was exciting. I still find it funny how much more wonderful unexpected days off are compared to days like today, which is a scheduled day off. It's still nice to be home right now, of course, and I've managed to get most of the papers corrected that I needed to do, so I've got most of the rest of the day to relax, although I also work tonight for my four-hour shift at the library tonight.
