Today is my last full day in Charleston for school until August.
Meredith somehow made it here at a reasonable hour last night, and all worked out for the best. It was supposed to pour since around midnight, but it was clear and warm this morning, so we got a good 2 hours beach time in, therefore making the trip worth it for Meredith. This afternoon, we're headed downtown for me to be bored to tears hosting her around all the historical/pretty things. Then it's supposed to rain hard-core.
So, one day left, and I still have an epic paper to write, but it should get done at some point soon. Probably we'll end up parking in the library later today, which is boring-ish, but if it's raining, there really isn't all too much to do here.
I look forward to being home.
