Charleston. Yessssssssssssssssss

I am currently all kinds of looking forward to Thanksgiving break. Yes, it will be kind of dull. Yes, no one I know except for the Jacob (the German exchange student whom I gave up on having an affair with) will be here. But still, things will be reasonably peachy. And I get to get going on Christmas-y things. Which I truly exciting.

I am deeply envious of all the snow which those of you who are not in prime secession territory are experiencing. I hadn't even really thought much about Christmas until about three days ago when I received a letter from Nana with fall leaves and was like, "Holy fuck, trees without FRONDS!" so, in my excitement over frond(E) rebellion, I changed my background to something snowy with normal trees, and ordered some Christmas cards.

Monday and Tuesday I have classes, but since about half the class in each will be gone, it's kind of a bust, really. Wednesday will be spent packing up a lot of things, and clearing up space so I can function during the last week of classes. My finals are fairly spread out, so I don't think I'll hard-core pack until then, but still, the less space to find "palmetto bugs" and black widows, the better.

That's it for now, really.
