Yesterday's mispronounced word in Sociology was:
"Macabre"
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/macabre To be fair, I had always questioned the pronunciation of this until about two months ago when Owen said it and wasn't sure of himself either, so we looked it up. Anyway, the point being, it is definately NOT may-cab-ree ....yeah.
Today I will shortly return to going over book notes. Then, I will watch Marie Antoinette for extra credit. Next, I shall BS a paper on the French influences on Karl Marx's early Sociological perspectives. Because I'm cool like that. And it sounds really impressive.
