(no subject)
So my computer decided to die a week or two ago and I've only JUST managed to get back on track now it's back from getting repaired (good fun, turned out everything apart from the hard drives was on its last legs/plain broke, meaning I didn't lose any files but *did* lose a wad of cash to get it all replaced.)
By the way, we managed to get a Wii. This makes me muchly happy, not least of all coz we got the newest Zelda game with it. Twilight Princess is the most awesome piece of awesomeness I've had the good fortune to play in a long time and has reaffirmed my faith in the Zelda series after the snooze-fest that was Wind Waker (sorry, but it did leave me feeling I was spending more time sailing through really empty waters than fighting/solving puzzles/doing sidequests/talking to people/all the other stuff you expect in a Zelda game). Quite scary that I've chalked up over six hours gameplay and have only just completed the first dungeon, I get the feeling I'll be playing this for a while. It remains to be seen whether I'll wind up playing it over and over and over like I did with A Link to the Past and Ocarina of Time tho.
