I don't know about you but I'm not surprised by the eviction notice at all.
Admittedly it doesn't bode well for your future prospects, but with all the sagas the other dude has been causing over the past couple of years getting booted out was inevitable.
As for following him to a new place, well financially it might be the answer but in terms of peace of mind and quality of life it's not a good option at all.
Be mindful that if you do follow him to a new place and discover you have issues about living there with him or complain about what he's doing, you won't have a moral argument to make because the choice to live there in the place was yours and you knew what you were getting into.
In any event, there MUST be plenty of people out there with no financial backing or employment who still manage to find a place to live. So maybe this is an opportunity for you to break away from this dude and see what your options are. I know you've been wanting to get away for a while, so now that it's been forced upon you it may actually be a good thing.
Yeah....I'm far from surprised about it myself....
The only thing that I *would* be surprised out of this, is if Rent Guy isn't actually put onto a Real Estate Black List (a 'Do Not Rent' List) because of all this
As to not having a moral argument if I decide to move with him....heck, he doesn't listen to me or take my advice about anything as it is now (unless he actually needs to, like when he got me to explain that Letter to him), so yeah, I know I won't have one if I move with him, either :-(
I'll be seeing my Psych and my Case Manager again on Tuesday....I don't really expect them to be able to help in any real way, but, I'll update them on the situation anyway (it's not like they read my Blog, afterll)
