As some of my Readers might know by know, I've been managing to lose some Weight recently....
Indeed, when I Weighed myself this morning, I was 197K, which is definately a far cry from the 110K that I've been for the past couple of years, and also means that my current Execise Regime - the Walking I've been doing - seems to be working, as the last time I Posted on this, about 3 weeks ago, I was at 100K
Hey....1K a Week, is still better than 0K a Year, so, I can definately handle that :-D
Out of Curiousity, and basing things on what The Army told me my Height was when I was trying for them last year (178.5cm, or, 5'10"), I did a Search to see if my 'Ideal Weight' would have changed (you might remember that the last time I was checking this, I was basing it on my being 6', which I thought I actually was)
According to what I could find, my 'Ideal Weight' is 71.2K
My Recommended Weight Range is between 63.0 and 78.9K - or - 156 and between 139 and 173

According to what I could find there, my current B.M.I. is 62.2, which means that, according to that Site, I'm still Obese, as 'Normal Weight' is 18.5 - 24.9

Well, if I can get down to 90K at the moment, I'll be more than happy with that :-D
That said, I'll still most likely try to get down to somewhere between 75 and 80 if I can as well :-)
