Looking....
Well,I've been here some 5 weeks now, and again he's come to me to Complain about something that I don't contribute with
When he did so last time, it was the Dishes, so I've been doing them pretty much on a daily basis since then
Today, he finally made a comment about that, but, not to thank me for doing them (oh no, of course not)
No, he was just concerned that if I used something, I should wash it, and asked why I've been doing the rest of them
"To make sure they're done", I told him
"You're a good man for doing that, but, you don't need to worry about that....just do your own if you use any"
Fair enough, I'll leave the rest of them alone once again, and, also once again, they'll sit there, untouched, for a month at a time!!
We'll see how long it takes him, I guess, before he complains that they're *not* being done, again
When he came to me about the Dishes a few weeks ago, he also said, "You two do inside, I do outside"
Well, aside from him finally doing the Lawn last week, I haven't seen him do *anything* about the outside
Indeed, they never even had a Laundry Basket before I got here....the guy I'm Renting from seems content to just use his Hamper....not just to keep the clothes until Laundry Day, but also to carry them to the Line, and back again
That aside....
No, today he came to me about my not doing the Floor, which is frequently covered with marks from when they walk in with their Boots
The other guy here is sick of that as well, which is probably why the guy I pay the Rent to is coming at me to do it
Just had a look and they don't even have a Bucket
Well, I guess I'll either try and utilise what they *do* have here, or make a trip to Reject or wherever over Easter, as I'm sure this guy will make an issue of it again next week if i don't do someing on it soon
I just hope that I manage to find something else soon though....even if it's still sharing with someone....at least there it might be an equal chore system, where everyone helps out accordingly
So yeah, I'm still looking, and am also hoping that Centrelink or my Case Manager might be able to help me, Financially, with finding something else in the area....at least while I'm getting this Counselling and whatever other Services they've booked me in for
