Birds Of Prey
Just got my Birds Of Prey Set via E-Bay today :-D
For those that arn't familiar with this one, it starts out with a Final Battle between BATMAN and The Joker, which effectively ends in a Draw, and then BATMAN disappears
Not Content with that, The Joker goes off seeking the only Revenge he can get....in this case, he Shoots Barbara Gordon, because he knows that she's really BAT GIRL, then he disappears as well
In the mean time, The Scarecrow Kills Selena Kyle, because he knows that she's really Cat Woman, and also that she's gotten involved with BATMAN
Now, Fast Forward some 20 years, and Selena's Daughter, Helena, has grown up and is The Huntress
Together with BAT GIRL in her New Role as ORACLE (after being left Crippled by The Joker), and Dina Lance - The Daughter of The Black Canary - they take up the Fight where BATMAN left off in New Gotham....with the occasional help from Detective Jesse Reese, who, naturally enough, is 'Interested' in Helena
Got this one for $50 on E-Bay, which I grant you seems a lot, but I've also seen Firefly around the same Price at JB Hi Hi when it wasn't on Special
This one is in American Format, but despite that, seems to Play okay on my PAL Player :-)
