Wow, what a week.
I wish it didn't cost me quite so much to learn lessons like this, but I suppose this is how the real world works and I'm willing to shell out for the overall health of my computer. Finding things to do in the interim was a pain, but thankfully I had a couple of old standbys available to pass the time. I also took a bunch of notes but I haven't decided if they're relevant at all.
I'm sure I've said this before but it's particularly frustrating to have to deal with adult-level sources of stress without also having access to adult-level stress relief. A two-and-a-half year dry spell is nothing to sneeze at, and did it even count in the first place if it was so long ago that I've practically forgotten what it felt like? I know my situation isn't unheard of, but I know for a fact that it's extremely uncommon to the point where I feel entitled to complain about it regardless.
Well, whatever. Here's to hoping something changes soon.
