dear westfield chermside,
your car park is fail.
completely full of fail.
the green lights were often over full spots. if there is a 4wd in a car space, it's hard to miss. i would understand if it was say, a micra or something similar.
also, the green lights over the fenced off area were mis-leading. could they not be red, or amber? this would show that i shouldn't try parking there.
how does valet parking even work? there definitely should not be green lights over these spaces if they are not available to general parking. try blue.
the exits are not clearly marked either.
two words: never again. if i never shop there again, i do not care. there are other places to spend my money. making it hard to park tells me that you do not want my money.
