My Kingdom for a Kilt...
Well, if i had a kingdom, i would.
A few things...
a) I am moving. Should be in new place on Monday.
long story short, they haven't fixed the air conditioner properly for the 5th time. there's lots of mold in that wall.
upstairs neighbors (who may or may not be filtering meth in their bathtub) let their tub run and flooded my room.
tho they sucked up the water,the carpet people put new padding in before the carpet was dry. mildew, moldy, and gross doesn't begin to describe it. plus there's still a huge hole in my bedroom ceiling. the whole ceiling is ruined and the apt said they'd only fix the whole. i am breathing all sorts of the worst allergy triggers for me, and since i had reached a decent plateau - healthwise - i'm not willing to go back and mold will literally kill me. plus, my upstairs neighbors are still world class dumbass olympic douchebags. i now have a place with no W/D but with a HUGE yard and great rent. i am pleased. or will be once i get moved.
b) i am thoroughly enjoying my ipod and itunes. seriously. btw. i found, while packing and organizing, my best of scotland CD....excellent!
c) i have a metric ton of Shtuff on my plate...and i'm starting to get excited. for example,
1) HILD - the play i'm directing. had one rehearsal, starts in earnest on Monday
2) Fade to Black - the student org. i advise starts up. i have new officers, and they get to
open up for Bill Cosby at first yell.
3)the move
4) i am on an exec planning committee for 24Hour theatre
5) i may try to pledge the honor theatre frat
6) regular work stuff + Messina Hof
7)let us not forget classes - Logic and Short story writing. yikes and yay!
8) somewhere in that i have to and need to and want to fit in friends and family.
d) current boy stuff is a tad ridiculous...but fun. *smile*
e) i'm going to order/buy a new dresser.
f) I have a yard.
g) my cat is freaking awesome!
