Oh wouldn't it be nice . . .

I am so glad to have my computer back up and running. Thanks to Mike's big brother, Alex, my laptop now runs like a dream. I'm so happy!

It's been a long week, actually a long couple of weeks. I can't help but feeling that I just can't catch up. I feel like I am constantly behind and running late. I'm late for class, late for work, it's only a few minutes, but it makes me feel so irresponsible. And I hate losing momentum.

Right now, I'm writing my 20 page term paper that due at 1:25pm. So, I have a little less than 12 hours to attend an hour class, drive to school, finish this paper - I mean start it and maybe take a nap. I don't think I'll be sleeping tonight. I'm over it.

I miss my friends. Yes, this has been the theme lately around these parts. Although we may see each other every couple of days and talk on the phone all the time, it never feels like enough. I know I am not alone when I say this, I miss you girls! This semester won't end soon enough. I can't wait to spend time together. I mean really spend time together and talk and catch up and listen.

It was so nice to talk to you tonight. I've missed your voice and I can't wait to see you this weekend. I can say without a doubt, you are the thing I've been missing lately. At night when I drive home from work, I find myself wanting to turn down your street and stop by your house. You're not there, but I feel like you should be.

You always have perfect timing. How did you know to come home at that exact moment? Thank you for rescuing me from drowning in tears tonight. If you hadn't come in when you did, I'd probably still be crying about everything. You are the reason I've been able to keep going lately. Without you as a rock and listening ear, I'd be lost.

My little ray of sunshine each and everyday. It was so nice to spend so much time with you this past week. From working to sappy movies, you made me laugh so hard I never took the smile off my face. I love your energy and am so lucky to have you share some with me. You remind me that life is supposed to be fun and we do have lots of fun together!

I am so glad that I heard your voice say you were coming home for the summer and back to work with us. I can't wait to see your face and give you a big hug. I've missed you so very much. Please come home soon because we all want to watch the Charlevoix video again and I never did see the NYC one, so as the keeper of the camcorder, you better come home ASAP!

Until we are back together again . . . love you all.
