INGREDIENTS
1 freshly baked baguette - any size will do, but I went with a narrow baguette. Perfect size for tiny fingers ;-)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup Shredded Cheese of your choice - (I went with mozzarella, cheddar and parmigiana)
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste
STEPS
- HEAT oven to 400ºF.
- Slice baguette into 1 inch to 1 1/2 in thickness
- Place the slices onto a non-stick, foil covered baking sheet
- Mix olive oil and oregano in a bowl and drizzle on each slice.
- Spread the pizza sauce
- Add the shredded cheese, as much desired.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- BAKE 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
