Aahhh Summer, so happy you finally showed up
The heat has been incredible! Luckily for us, our home hits the shade so we don't feel it until we leave our house .. Wowee!
Even though we did move from a quiet little town to a big city ... we still managed to live minutes away from the beach. Our escape.
It was all happy times until ... we had to go all the way back up those nasty stairs ... and then Naima shrieked ...
She lost her one shoe. It fell at the bottom, behind all those bushes and underneath the stairs. There was no way for anyone to get it.
Needless to say, she was very upset for loosing her favourite shoe. We had to leave the other shoe behind in case someone else could retrieve it, they could get a new pair of shoes.
:-(
Hopefully getting her a new pair will cheer her little face up.
