i love my job
i'm so excited about finally starting a career job and still being excited by it 3 weeks later, unlike the last fixed contract one where the excitement wore off immediately to be replaced by the relief of having a wage :) i get to work on things made out of jumbo steel sections, use my 15 years of further education, and i have dr sam on my office door!
the big fat downside is that i'm so tired my weekends seem to consist of sleeping in, having huge naps (i hate naps, i never feel better) and generally being so tired i drop stuff, drive like a spaz, need to be in bed by old-lady-o'clock and miss stuff (this weekend was geofs housewarming - blonde apologies x)
