•  I reserve the right to cancel the spree if response is poor or due to some unforeseen circumstances.
• There is NO return policy, I will not be responsibe if items shipped to me are of the wrong size/design/colour.
• All refunds to be done at end of spree.
• I will not be responsible for items lost/damaged via local postage, be it normal or registered.
• All updates via email, so please make sure the email address you provide is the correct one.
• All items to be collected 30 days from arrival date, which failure to do so will result in items being confiscated. Emails regarding collection and refunds then will not be entertained.
• Items will be mailed from the next available day that I have, prior to parcel arrival date. I will email when I am going to/ have sent items out.
• By joining this spree, you are deemed to have read and understood and to have complied with all the terms and conditions aforementioned.

How does International Standard Shipping work?

We use DHL Priority for the International Standard Shipping option. DHL Priority is a service provided by DHL. DHL picks up your order from our warehouse, sorts it, applies the necessary postage, and handles the order until it reaches your country. Once the order arrives in your country, it is handed off to your local post office for delivery. DHL does not deliver the order.

Standard Shipping should take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. However delays can occur in transit, so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered. Unfortunately, tracking information isn't available for Standard Shipping. The ship times given are estimates and not guaranteed.

Custom fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

IN SHORT, THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED. I WIL HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE PARCEL IS AT UNTIL IT REACHES ME.
