Wow! We sucked in the World Cup today
Well what an ass kicking the US had today. Thankfully there's always Mexico which promises not to disapoint. Speaking of Mexico, got back from San Luis Potosi in one piece and had a great time though it didn't last long enough. It's a very beautiful city....very much layed out like a European City...and with some fantastic furniture stores and high end restaurants. Lots of great little bars too.....better to watch World Cup at!!!
The wedding was a blast and of course there was Carnitas and menudo with Rodo's family while we watched the Iran Mexico match. The one crazy thing that happened was we got pulled over by fake cops on our way into the city. Long story which I'll touch upon when I have more time. Taking pictures of fake cops and emailing the pictures to someone else is an effective defensive tool I must say lol! They were shaking us down for 850 pesos and got nothing! Yea! Bribes are such bullshit and I refuse to perpetuate the system. Enough of my soap box. Off to bed.
