Yay!
My friend S. had her baby yesterday! Poor thing went into labor 7 hours before the scheduled c-section....All worked out, though. Had a tiny baby girl, 5lbs 13 oz., 18" long...Tiny, but healthy and fine. Spoke with S. on the phone last night and baby started crying- sounded exactly like a little kitten. S. said that she didn't realize what beautiful babies she makes, so the maternal thing's fully kicked in. : )
Can't be in too bad a mood when there's a tiny new baby out there somewhere....
Not to mention that as a bonus it's Friday and get to sleep in tomorrow. Life's pretty damned good.
