They sailed up the Thames on a glorious Easter morn, the pealing of church bells accompanying them as they made their way towards the open sea. The faint whiff of sea on the morning breeze whisked away all the dark emotions of the previous days, cleansing them, the salty air welcoming them home.

It was, wasn't it? I love the idea of Jack plotting and planning, trying to present the perfect present to his love, giving the gift of memories they've shared.

I am happy you are enjoying this. That is a lovely sight, is it not? The sea, the snap of canvas, the wind tousling their hair about...

Sigh.

I hope you enjoy the last bit as well, as it ties back into Havana, which I keep swearing I will return to one day.
