Day 6: Bodypump!

Since Friday, I've been working out every day (30 min. run Friday, gym Saturday and Sunday). This morning I actually woke up at 5:30 and made it to my first bodypump class. It was awesome! It fulfills my weightlighting needs, so I think that I'll do it twice a week and cardio the rest of the time.

I've decided to stop weighing myself, as my scale jumps around and it's just a depressing way to start the day. Instead, am going back to the good ole tape measurer. On Friday morning, Le Gut was a super obese 42.5" (told you I am a FAT ASS). This morning, it was 42" so am down 1/2". I don't know what's reasonable in terms of how fast one should lose inches, but I know what my ultimate goal is (under 30") and will work towards that.
