Lowl wants to know if I have arts! Yes, I have arts. Please stop looking at me like that.
This *would* be more of an artdump except I left my main sketchbook at Joey's and I can't be bothered scanning my secondary sketchbook right now. That is fine, we can mop up the stuff I have had lying on my HD since forever. The 2D stuff at least. 3D things I am still too lazy to screenshot (3 months later 8D)
Firstly, non-school-related:
This is an accurate representation of my mind since I jumpstarted my pokemon collections a month or so ago. Suddenly I am thinking of learning to sew. To make plushes (of beedrill of all things), whutwhutwhut.
I got hold of Joey's model paints and liberally applied them to my sketchbook. Model paints are surprisingly fun to paint with on shitty paper! The paints are so thick themselves that they don't soak through thin paper all that readily and thus don't cause buckling. Craziness!
Okay, well that's it for the non-school-things that I have on hand. WEAK, I know. /CRY
Here's concept stuff for the "monster" I'm modelling and rigging for 3D. He actually turned out a little less cute because I decided to change some of his facial structure mid-modelling to make animation easier on me later. The model turned out okay though! I'll do a 3D post eventually.
Concept things for the owl I am animating for my 20second animation assignment. OWLS YAY. They are pretty much blobs with faces yessssss. Little one's been dubbed Lowl (portmanteau of "little" and "owl", I am a genius) as of about 15 minutes ago.
Here's the character I settled on. Working name for him is "Historian" because I can't think of anything better. It doesn't really matter though, it's not like there's any speaking parts in this animation. Usually I just refer to him as "the Owl" or "Owl". :|
And here is another character sheet. Currently I call the cat "Menace" as a working name. I think it's a girl but who even knows!
OH ALMOST FORGOT
Here is a background for my animation! This is the nicest one by a thousand jillion so it's the only one I'll post. The other onces look like crap on a stick by comparison. There goes my consistency!
