Setting up utilities for the new place.
My Cox stuff can be transfered without a problem - except for the fact we're getting a new phone number next Saturday.
I'm trying to get a hold of the apartment office to clarify a few things right now. I was told that they pay electric and we do the water, but in trying to set up a water account, apparently they have a master account with the city and have another company tell us how much we owe. But I want to make sure, because if there is a misunderstanding, I will have to call the electric company back and make sure I have service at the new place.
I do not have much faith in the management of this new place. I've seen her filing system and how she handles requests. However, there are some other reasons for moving there. So I will just be very sure to get receipts for the rent payments.
