It runs very well, when it has gas :)
It has TWO gas tanks. I'm not sure how the gauge works though. If it's only showing the tank it's switched to, then the back tank has about a 38 gallon capacity. Don't think I'll be able to afford to fill both tanks anytime soon.
It also has a black light in the front. Don't ask me why. It's obviously a later add-on. This in addition to working air conditioning, power steering and power locks. It needs to be vacuumed and could stand some new seat covers, but that's not a big deal.
It doesn't have a rearview mirror, but it has both side mirrors. I've driven without a rearview mirror before. I've also driven a van before. I just need to get used to both at the same time.
