Not a good fibromyalgia day

I was pretty sore today, but I still made it to the job fair at my college and got a few good leads. Had two recruiters practically take my resumes from my hand before I offered them once they heard what I was working towards a masters in Art Therapy. The fact that I was willing to do part-time or short term work while working on it was no big deal to them - they had all sorts of ideas for me. Though one hospital sounded like they knew exactly where they wanted to put me, but needed to run it past someone else. Also found out I can be a subsitute teacher for our school district. I just need to go register at the administration building tomorrow. I could have done it today, but those recruiters didn't bring the forms with them.

I was only there about 30 minutes, but it was enough for me to hit the places I was interested in working in. It was great being able to walk past a table because I didn't need to talk to anyone I could. The people I did talk to were very excited to talk to me, even though I came near the tailend of the fair. The fact I was dressed to the nines probably helped too. And it didn't hurt that I attached my special ATCs to my resumes too. I'm calling myself an "Art Facilitator" and them being able to see those cards only added to my legitimacy.

Almost gave myself a panic attack. Thought I lost my change purse, but it turns out that it somehow ended up in a zipped pocket inside my purse that I don't normally have opened.

Right now, I'm still sore. I'm going to do dishes and go to bed, if I can sleep. I need to. I've been just a tad grumpy today.

In other news, my daughter has found some old clothes of mine and is mixing and matching them with her own. She likes loose stuff. Also introduced my kids to homemade kettle corn.
