Revenge is sweet...
I wish I knew how to do all the fun little bouncy happy faces etc.....Reds just won a great game today! They were behind 6-0 after the first inning! They ended up winning, 12-8. This was against the St. Louis Cardinals which was sweet, not only because it put them back in a tie for first with the Cards, but also because earlier this season, the Cards beat the Reds 10-8 after the Reds had been in front 8-0 at one point.
Since I was sitting at work for a 4 hr. period to answer phones (had about 4 calls), it was a perfect time to just sit and listen to the game. The final innings I heard at home. I almost wish I was still at work. The airconditioners both at home and in the car aren't working. The one at home works for a while. It's bearable...but stuffy and uncomfortable. The car...well, I can only say that Katrina won't be using her car at all when she returns until my air is fixed. If she paid for the car, and it was really HERS, she might have a say in it. But, she doesn't, and it isn't, so I get the A/C...at least if I'm in work clothes.
I sang in church this morning. It was a very good song for me, but nerves got the better of me again. I warbled pretty badly. I really didn't feel all the nervous, but for some reason it just shows up terribly in my voice. I really don't think I'll be doing any more solos. I wouldn't mind singing with Katrina or someone else...but not by myself anymore.
ICK! It is sticky, yucky, hot in here!!! :( I think I'm going to take a cool shower and then just relax. See ya.
