I had had one plan originally for this week, but after a tray of 30 eggs fell on to the floor (they were in a shopping bag tied to my stroller that loosened on its own), smashing some and cracking many others that were salvageable but needed to be used, I decided to make my shabbos menu a little more egg heavy...
Moo has been begging me every day for lachuch this week, but I told him he has to wait for shabbos. So lachuch it is!
