sooo... updating the ole lj... this feels nice. well, actually, here's the thing. i'm still not really up to elaborating on the details of my life. but i did want to tell everyone who is listening about this wonderful thing called skype. you download it for free at skype.com and, once downloaded, it pops up like an AIM buddy list. and it lets you make calls thru the internet for free! all calls-- even international ones! you make up a username and start adding contacts to your buddy list just like with aim. except when someone is online, you can doubleclick their name and talk to them for free!
the thing is that you need to buy one of those headsets with a microphone to plug into your computer. (they're cheap, i swear) but after that, you're all set, and you can call anyone anywhere for free.... even someone in israel! is the peer pressure working? seriously, go download this shit. its amazing. and invented by israelis. clearly. my username is miagoldw.... so once youve downloaded, add me... and we'll talk! all year long!
