Dinner tonight: Pesto Tomato Pizza
I used
hanue's awesome pizza crust recipe, which is the best pizza crust I've found. It's easy to make, too -- it's not a fussy dough to work with. (FYI, I use this and her deep-dish crust recipes for everything -- pepperoni rolls, stromboli, appetizers, finger foods for kids...)
I posted the entire recipe (crust, pesto, and pizza assembly instructions) at my
recipe blog. Or, if you want, you can get the RSS feed here:
bexicanfood This is an awesome pizza. I made another one last Saturday to take to Julie's house. Julie, Tracey and I scarfed it down in seconds. It's such a light, crispy pizza, and the fresh basil and tomato taste so good. Yay for summer and an abundance of fresh garden food! I'm going to miss this pizza in the winter. It's just not the same if your veggies and herbs don't come straight from the garden or farmer's market and into your food.
