Okay, I know I said that I would update soon and then I didn't.. so as I sit here, nails needing new paint and my cucumber mask drying and my first Geography mid term tomorrow, I was thinking "what an appropriate time to update!"
Here's a very abridged version of stuff:...
1) This is my last semester in Hawai'i. I'll be coming home for good in December. Spring semester I'll be living with my parents (which I don't think I'll mind too much) and taking courses at PSY (along with my mom, Sash + Crew). Being home during spring-I can check out campuses (like I neglected to earlier). and of course, visit my loving friends at Univ. Park, Pitt-Johnstown, U. of Mich and Chi-Town, and who ever else will have me.. :D
2) Aust is coming to visit! whoopie!! over Thanksgiving break-oh my gosh, tons o' fun. I'm looking forward to that week... won't be long now...
3) Mom called the other day to 1) get my school address and 2) to tell my that my great-grandmother (on my mom's side) passed away.. it was so sad seeing Mary (great g-ma) during Christmas.. old people make me so sad.. oh gosh.. I'm not getting into this now, you all know what I'll be saying anyhow..
4) Maureen and I want to go to Canada and then to NYC (to see the ball drop) this winter break! She grabs some of her friends; I get some of mine-we party in Canada for a night or so then head to Times Square for some craziness...
Who's with me?!!?! ...We should start ACTUAL planning really soon if there's enough peeps. Guys, I really want this to happen.. just tell me now so I can start bringing this up to the 'rents
5) my new roomie-Kate... well, let's just say I don't care for her that much... there are numerous reasons, but once again-not getting into it now.. its not that she's not nice-she just isn't very.. open..
But I really like living with Maureen and Jodi-they're like this different set of friendship.. Jodi's so sarcastic, Mo's girlie/naive.. I've never had friends before who talked about what they want their weddings to look like (Kate might as well roll her eyes) or share my want of a family-children even-when older... Mo's like my own personal trainer-going to the gym is so fun and we laugh a lot and guy scope *its so great* we have such different taste in guys-I like the locals, she the preppy white guys.. keep in mind, she's almost 5' and 3/4 Japanese... good stuff, good stuff...
& Lastly, G, I agree this update lay-out is hella fug with a capital UGH..
