Thoughts about the job...

Anyway, I came back from the trip this morning, and I was sleeping until late afternoon and now catching up on internet stuff.

Ok, so this is the deal: it was business trip, kind of.

I saw an advert on a website that the travel agency I've been travelling with for over 10 years is looking for bus stewardess. I called, went for an interview and the woman who interviewed me was a girl who's been taking care of me when I was travelling with them as a kid! She remembered me and said "We practically raised you!" lol.
But really, I've been travelling by bus since I was a kid and I don't have problems with it. Of course it's exhausting: trip lasts 12 hours in one way, on a curvy road, squeezed on a seat, trying to sleep. And when you work as a stewardess, you have work to do, tickets, lists, custom and border police, taxes, money manipulation for gas and food for crew, knowing bus stops, and people...You do have 2 seats all for yourself, but it's not much different from being just a passenger, just more tiring. You're going back the same day you come. We left on Friday night, came there on Saturday morning, I slept for few hours and on Saturday night we were heading back to Split, and came this morning.

This agency is based on mostly two cities connection, Split-Belgrade. Since I have part of the family living there, who I get to see only every 2 years because of money situation and school/uni, that would be a good thing from this job if I get it - I get to see family more often.

This trip was my test-trip, to see how I'm doing. I'm going to the office to talk to the director next week and see what happens.

But there's another problem. A month ago I applied for some other job and for the past month I've been attending workshop/education for it (which is not so essential, but I'll get certificate if nothing) and I've been very anxious because they were keeping me on cold ice: there are three of us (candidates) and they didn't tell us who they'll be taking, first we had to finish this education stuff, and I was afraid I won't get a job. So when I saw ad for bus stewardess job I applied. And now, after it's almost sure I'll get the job as a stewardess they called me from that other place, to come for 'additional instructions if I'd like to work as of April 1st.' But they still didn't tell me I got the job.

Now I'm lost and confused. What if I get both jobs? I really really really need job and these both jobs have good and bad sides. I'd like to keep them both, if it's possible.
Here is the comparison:

Stewardess job
pro
- good money
- I get to see family (important!)
- dynamic
- contact with people and tourists (which I'm ok with, plus I finished school for tourism and catering so it's my profession...)
- sometimes they have tourist trips (to national parks and such) and planning on organizing even more

con
- exhausting
- takes a lot of time (3 days for one there-and-back tour)
- I must work at least one tour per week and all week during summer (season)
- dead animals on the road T_T (something you don't really see as passenger but when you're in the front...I'll just have to look somewhere else, not the road. I hugged my cats tightly when I came home...)

Other job
pro
- in Split, relatively close to me
- I can choose which days to work
- 8 hours shift, it's practically on-call job, I just sit and wait for a call, and I can choose which shift I'll work (3 of them)
- I can study during the shift

con
- I don't know how much they pay (important!)
- boring
- annoying boss

It seems from the list that other job is better, but as I stated money and family factors are important. And after I've seen my granny's face yesterday morning when I came to her...*sigh* I don't know...

Heh, look at me, thinking which job to choose from, and it's still not sure if I'll get any...

I hope everything will turn out for the best.

experience, job, what to do?
