Spent half the day in International students' orientation then Nic's friend drove us to the city. We almost died, I swear! We were on a freeway and the road was curving, but she had to switch lanes to the right, so she kept looking over her right shoulder to see if she could change lanes. But all the while she was going straight, while the road curved!! I was like "Watch the road. Watch the road! Watch the road! WATCH THE ROAD!!" And her friend, owner of the car, finally turned the steering wheel to avoid a collision with another vehicle on our left. Goodness. I'm never riding in a car driven by her ever again. *Phew*
Classes start tomorrow. Well, I only have a one hour lecture in the afternoon. But that counts, I suppose. Then Tuesday, we're free again. Hehe. We're really hoping to be able to change our enrollment choices so that we won't have to take 2 cores this semester. Will head down to the whatever office to amend it tomorrow with Nic.
Think we're going to the floorball training tmr again. There's this Malaysian guy whose son is playing with them now as well who stays near us and offered to give us rides to and from training. Awesome news because the sports hall is over an hour away! He was so willing because he recognised Keith from the international competion, APAC, a couple years back and seems to be a big fan. Lol! There you go.
Ok I've been feeling so tired here in Perth. During a talk, school nurse said we might feel this way due to lack of water. Tsk. Troublesome.
Laters amigos!
