Calling for a seamstress...

Oct 30, 2008 09:08

My robe that I use to play Setie is slowly falling apart and I seriously can not seem to find the time to make another one. *cry*

Anyone out there that can help me out?  I mean the design itself is simple.  All straight lines really, I just can't seem to get the time to pull out my machine and redo it. T_T

Some point in the near enough future? I meant to repair my by this weekend but obviously that's a fail.

Preferred by the next time I play her...which would possibly be the next wi event after this one. All depends on life in general.

I only request is be green. House color and all. And did you need me to send money?

One more question: did you need me to send a pic of it or something like it?

Errr, if you need it before Christmas I don't think I could have it done in time (despite its simplicity). I'm in the process of moving back to Marengo and with my schedule the way it is every weekend between now and Dec 12 (possibly then too) is full. Also, what kind of fabric would you be looking for? How full do you want it? Pictures would be helpful, money would also be helpful, but again I don't think I could have it done before xmas.

How about you give me a guesstimate of a when then? Maker knows I never have a clue of when I'll make a NERO event. Then we can figure out how much I need to suck up to Mike for. ;P

I used alova suede cause it was a lighter material that I wouldn't melt in during the summer. Plus most it was one of the few materials that could take a beating and was machine washable. The fabric held us great, it's my terrible sewing that dying. Maybe I should just send you the fabric eh?

As for fullness...we never covered that in my beginner sewing class, so I'd say use your best judgment.

I'll see if I can get a pic of it this weekend. Worst case I find a different one to at least show you what I mean when I talk about the robe.

LOVE YOU JENN MUTT! *pounce huggles*
