Diggin' the diggin'
So after 2.5 yrs since we bought the lot, we started construction. Right now they're drilling the piers. Or rather they were attempting but then found water. Kind of knew that already when we got the soil survey end of last year but we were hoping we didn't have to put casings around the piers. Well, we do. So the plan was to go back this week to give it another go but if it rains like they say it will, that's just another delay.
In other news, I start my masters in 2 weeks - I am really starting to wig out. Like, I've got too much going on I don't even know where to start kind of thing. And yet, here I am typing away on this thing.
I am queen of procrastination.
