Sometimes you need to go from one extreme to the other before you can settle somewhere in the middle.
Can I get to the middle now?
I've realized today that I am SELFISH AS HELL!!!!! For a long time I never thought about myself or took care of myself.
Now I'm so selfish about it that it's bothering me. I know that I needed to learn to take care of myself and that took being selfish for a while. No, I'm not done learning yet, but I hope that I'm at a place where I can start thinking about others too!
I need to find that middle ground.
