Stupid Parade
Today I was passing by a family waiting for the Christmas Fantasy Parade. A little boy among them said, "Daddy, why do we have to watch the stupid parade?!"
I don't ever plan on having children of my own. If I did, I'm afraid I might my child might find himself angrily asking the same question. And I'm afraid my answer would be something like, "Because daddy likes pretty things! Now shut up and watch the damn parade!"
