I think it's a wart.

Chuck is at work tonight. After I got home from work he was there in the driveway ready for the handing off of the car. I changed Abe's clothes (sometimes I wonder what is Chuck thinking when he dresses that kid), put him in his stroller and walked him to the nearest grocery, a good 16-19 blocks away.

Yesterday Chuck and I did some jogging at Narrow Rivers Park again. He said he couldn't remember jogging since his freshman year of high school, some 14 years ago. He makes for a good running partner. I practically ran right into a gnawed deer carcass, only avoiding it because I recognized in time that what I was looking at on the ground was a leg. On the way back up the trail we spotted a dead calf.

I am debating whether or not to paint eggs w/Abraham. We already have the supplies: eggs and the extra dyeing kit my Mom gave me months ago. We probably will. He got a kick out of it last year.

Today at work I was evaluated by my supervisor (that most everyone thinks is a major dick) for four hours. He sat, no, paced, and listened to me take calls. Afterwords he said I'm doing fine and so starting tomorrow I'm officially on my own as a 911 call-taker. This means I can spend my time when not on the phone as I please. Other call-takers crotchet, read, gossip, play computer games, fill out crosswords, and watch TV. It'll be a relief not having someone look over my shoulder constantly. Ooh, and my health benefits kick in starting in a few weeks. I need to get that funky thing near Abe's nipple checked out.
