did you know that the fastest knitter in the world is hazel tindall of the sheltand islands, at an amazing 255 stitches in just THREE MINUTES? if i could knit that fast, i could finish my sweater, regardless of just having had a baby :) the american record holder is kaete brady of new hampshire, at a mere 215 stitches in three minutes. whew! i wonder if they get yarn burn?
