Well, it only took until midnight, but we're packed! Shawna helped me for about three hours, but she had to go clean the studio tonight. There are some things still out of boxes, but since there are no more boxes left they will just have to be thrown into a vehicle.
I will not be doing any of the actual moving, as I have to work tomorrow and tomorrow is the day we wound up getting the truck for. This leaves me feeling a bit weird: guilty, since it's MY STUFF I'm forcing relatives and friends to lift and carry, and relieved because I don't have to lift and carry anything.
The weather forecast calls for sun, which would mean I get my new bed tomorrow too. However, the weather has a great history of sodomising us whenever we move, so I'm not getting my hopes up. It'll probably be a freak blizzard instead.
