a brand new day
much like i left my old journal when a new chapter of my life started (when rosie moved in with me in toronto and the subsequent drama unfolded) i will be either be changing names on this one or starting a brand new one in the next couple of days. i've been journalling less because my life has become much less complicated and the drama that does occur is dealt with quickly and without the privilege of being allocated much of my mental health time.
i've lost touch with a lot of friends since my move to montreal and while it hurts somewhat, it is the normal evolution of life. people change, grow, move on, grow apart, grow older or in my case grow to be one boring ass person.

to all of those who helped me in my times of need, the many, many times i needed, thank you. from the bottom of my heart. i can never truly thank you enough for saving my life more than once and for giving enough of a damn to help a sister out when she needed it most. i cherish you and what you have done for me and will never forget your immense hearts and kindness.
