I was productive today...
I got a lot done today, I'm happy with that... I reconfirmed the room for the beer garden and spoke to the vienna shop about the sausages, he is going to talk to his supplier to see what he can do, I have to call him back next monday.
I emailed ctv, mix 96, the suburban and q92 to see if they can put my event in their community calendar right away, so I'm waiting for them to get back to me.
I also emailed the Montreal Canadians, Bell center, cirque du soleil and wwe to see if they're willing to donate something for my raffle at the beer garden, I will try calling them though if I don't hear back from them in a couple of days.
I am very happy, I'm looking forward to the weather to be nicer so I can go out and hit a few restaurants and coffee shops and the Arthur Murray dance school around here for donations...
I'm happy with the way that this is progressing. :)
I havn't done it in a while, but I am grateful for:
1. chocolate poudding with whipped cream
2. my pizza place that makes yummy pizza that's not very expensive
3. how much people are willing to help a good cause
4. my personal trainer who kicks my butt at 7:15 in the morning to exercise, thanks munchkin!
5. Kris who works hard every day to be able to support me being home
6. my aunt who was able to get an avon basket put together for my beer garden
7. all the people that have donated stuff for my garage sale, only a week away
8. my workout dvds that give me a good workout at home when it's too cold to go outside
9. Kris again, who is such a good daddy and who supports me very much in my project
10. the internet that lets me stay connected so easily with people... :)
