This made me laugh. A lot. And not just because I'm drunk. And also not because Caddyshack is on.
Also, the Harry/Ginny crap didn't faze me. Daniel Radcliffe has way more onscreen chemistry with Felton than whatsherface any day. Even my Harry/Ginny shipping friend noticed that. I also did not mind the kissing scene being changed to the RoR. All that did was convince me the whole thing was in Ginny's head. Harry was absolutely in that cabinet making out with Draco. Also, it looked more awkward and painful than the Cho kiss. Hell, in comparison, his kiss with Cho was straight from softcore porn.
I will say this always and forever, Helena Bonham Carter is the best Bellatrix ever in the history of anything.
Narcissa's hair is a time traveler and came from Deathly Hallows I'm sure of it. After she's spent hours in mud. Hey, if the movies can fuck with the story, so can I...
I've always loved Draco. In book and movie form. I couldn't be more pleased with the Draco scenes in this film. And the interaction Harry had with him. Other than that though? For the most part I was disappointed.
Seriously, I went to the midnight showing. I spent hours in 108 degree heat before we were let in, functioning on five hours of sleep in 48 hours and had taken far too many energy drinks to be safe, was quite possibly in a state of delirium when the film started, and I STILL was disappointed.
Well, at least Alfonso Cuaron didn't direct this one. If he had he would have completely cut Draco out of every scene with the damn birds and would have replaced him with the fucking whomping willow. It's not like it's been in the same place every film anyway.
I'm far too drunk and ADD'd to write anymore and I'm sure you're grateful.
