I had a pretty good time at the crown and crumpet yesterday, even though I'm not much of a tea fan I really enjoyed the blue eyes tea. I found a store here in Sacramento that sells (possibly created) the blue eyes tea. As well as hundreds of other types, it puts the selection at the crown to shame, but it has a much more contemporary look. It's called Hina tea; Here is the site I found:
