Merry Christmas!
I know, it isn't quite Christmas yet. But I've already received some gifts from my mother's family. This is what I got:
From Memere - a book on astrology, a drawing thing (of the Sphinx!), a T-shirt that says "Do you know the Muffin Man", a bag of Oreos and 2 cans of Spaghettios.
From Santa - two books of word puzzles
From Timmy and his brother - a doodad for my cell phone. He made it himself. It says "Dream". So cute.
And in the Yankee Swap, I walked away with a brand new copy of "Live Free or Die Hard" starring Bruce Willis and that adorable guy from the Mac commercials.
Already I have some great stuff. I can't wait to watch Die Hard. I was unsure of it at first, but then I saw the picture of Bruce Willis sliding underneath a fiery truck and I knew, oh I knew, that this would be a fine film. I'm pretty sure that picture wasn't done digitally, and Bruce did that stunt all by himself.
Well, I have to go to sleep so that Santa will come!
