So I just got back from Memere's and once I returned to the apartment I heard wind in my left ear. Like, a strange wooshing sound. But just in one ear. So I panicked and assumed I was having an aneurysm and would die any second. I checked WebMD just in case. It turns out that noises in the ear is called "tinnitus", and can be caused by a number of things. Also it's nothing to worry about. I would live another day. So either it was the fact that I've had nothing but sugar since yesterday, or it's a Zoloft withdrawal. I saw the words "serotonin deficiency" and I knew. Must be the drugs. Or the caffeine. It's weird though. You know when there's water in your ears and you move your head around just slow enough so that it doesn't fix itself but just fast enough so that you hear the water in there? Yeah, that's exactly what I'm hearing. But my head isn't moving. So I'm gonna relax now. I just took half a Zoloft just in case. I have two and a half left now.
My supposed gay cousin turned twelve yesterday. We gave him a cake this evening. It was pink. I kid you not. My sister bought him a Nancy Drew computer game. I think he liked it. He was wearing a pale blue turtleneck and sneakers that remind me of Mr. Rogers. What a gem.
