A real estate agent from The Hamptons (holiday area for the NYC rich and famous) was being interviewed by a reporter from Bloomberg this morning. They were talking about the downturn in the real estate market in that area. They talked about a deal that fell through, and then this exchange took place:

Reporter: So this is like Long Island's Hurricane Katrina?
Agent: Yeah.

Oh man.....

But anyways it's Friday. That's a good thing right?? :)
