I need bicycle help.

Does anyone know anything about bicycles? I have a bike that I want to sell but I don't know anything about it. I got it as a present from my boss a couple of years ago so I didn't buy it and it didn't come with any paperwork etc. It is much to nice for me. I have an old bike that more than meets my needs. I need to know how many gears it has. Pictures under the cut. If you know anything about bikes please help.
